Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in direct patient care.
  • Certification as Medical Assistant by the American Association of Medical Personnel or other governing body.
  • BLS / CPR certification.
  • Excellent PC skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, critical thinking skills, and independent decision making skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in phlebotomy and laboratory testing/specimen preparation.
