  • Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • Record customer information within our customer service database
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce industries
  • 1-3 years of warranty processing or claims customer service experience
  • 1-3 years of previous customer service experience
  • 1 year of authorization/referral processing experience
  • PC proficient in a windows environment including Microsoft word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Efficiency and organizational skills

Customer Service Associate - Day Shift Full-time $18-$20

Positions in this function is responsible for representing the organization and functioning as a key communicator for the organization's members and providers. Educates and informs customers of products and services. Promotes company's commitment to superior customer service. Proactively and reactively seeks appropriate solutions to potential and existing service issues. Identifies root cause issues and works diligently and cooperatively to minimize or eliminate issues.

Primary Responsibilities:

Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
