  • Support partner in home-related tasks such as organization, setting up vendors, and house management tasks.
  • Pick up deliveries and run errands as needed.

Qualifications

Required

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, trustworthy, savvy, and pays attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer-related tasks (drafting documents, sending emails).
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to anticipate needs.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and time management skills.
  • Capable of completing tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, administrative assistant or a related job with administrative tasks.
  • Understands how to use Microsoft Office.
