The Teacher at Easterseals of Southeastern Pennsylvania will provide program services to children in the classroom following an appropriate educational plan.   • Monitor children's progress regularly in compliance with state and local requirements, including periodic progress reports.
  • Maintain administrative record keeping and other paperwork including classroom enrollment, attendance, daily contact forms, data sheets, lesson plans, etc.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Special Education and/or Early Childhood Education
  • Pennsylvania Teaching Certification in Special Education and/or PK-4 Certification
  • Previous teaching experience and/or experience working with young children with special needs
