OverviewThe Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Manager in overseeing the operation and staff of the restaurant to maintain the highest level of standards and efficiency.
- This is a full-time position.
- $21.45 per hour.
- Weekend availability required.
Responsibilities- Lead and train the service staff in the restaurant. Assign service staff to proper zones.
- Ensure physical atmosphere and cleanliness of restaurant including tables and side stations.
- Assist in maintaining a smooth running operation.
- Monitor food quality and service level.
- Assist associates as needed during shift.
Qualifications- Three years restaurant experience.
- Supervisor or trainer experience required.
- Friendly and outgoing personality. Likes to talk to people.
