Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience with Project Program Manager in the MANUFACTURING industry or a very similar technical environment.
  • Experience with Project Management software, Agile, Scrum, or Sprint methodologies is strongly preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Strong project management expertise with a track record of successful project delivery on time and within budget.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with automotive manufacturing processes, industry regulations, and quality standards.

LHH is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager a manufacturing client located in Indianapolis, IN. In this position you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful planning, execution, and completion of diverse projects within the organization. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that new product projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The projects you will be managing may span across different functions, including manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, process improvement, and new product development. The salary range for this position is 85-95,000 plus health, dental, vision insurance, generous PTO, plus 401k matching.


Responsibilities:

  • New Product Project Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Develop comprehensive project plans and resource allocation strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management expertise with a track record of successful project delivery on time and within budget.
  • Leadership Abilities: Exceptional leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Thinking: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify project challenges and implement effective solutions.
