Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of data analysts.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Allocate resources, set priorities, and oversee project timelines.
- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Partner with business units to understand their analytical needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Lead clinical quality and productivity analysis initiatives.
- Implement best practices and standards for data analysis and reporting.
- Develop and enforce data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data used in analysis.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Utilize analytics tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau).
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and operations.
- Provide training and support to team members and business users on analytics tools and methodologies.
- Formalize Agile methodology and implement servicenow ticketing system.
- Integrate Netsuite and Salesforce into current dashboards.
Qualifications
Required
- 5-7 years of experience in data analysis
- Proficiency in analytical tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
- Strong understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
Preferred
- Healthcare or radiology data experience
