  • Help with strategic list acquisition across various verticals for growth.
  • Clean records across lists from vendors, events, and other sources and prep them for upload to the sales database.
  • Support other elements of sales ops for reporting, data cleansing, de-duplication, data uploads, large batch record edits, and more.
  • Provide ad-hoc help for colleagues in the marketing team, including potential help with events, software, or other tasks.

Qualifications

Required

  • Salesforce.com (or equivalent CRM) power-user/admin experience +2 years
  • Demonstrable excel power user skillset
  • Demonstrable excel & CRM familiarity with pivot tables and other visual reporting tools
  • Strong ability to meet deadlines and handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization
  • College degree or equivalent relevant work experience

Preferred

  • One to two years of experience as a CRM administrator or data specialist
  • A documented history of successful project completion
  • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex processes
  • A strong MS Excel background and skillset
  • A strong understanding of the Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) platform

Full Job Description

Position Summary:

The Salesforce Administrator, I will be responsible for the day-to-day support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM and supporting platforms and technology, as well as excel-heavy data-related projects. This role is part technical support, part data analyst, and part CRM admin, focused on maintaining clarity and order in a fast-growing CRM and the supporting marketing/sales/ops tech stack.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a delegated system administrator for the Salesforce environment, supporting more than 650 users, liaising with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations.
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user maintenance, generation of reports and dashboards, and other routine tasks.
  • Assist users with daily inquiries, system bugs and data discrepancies
  • Gather detailed requests for improvements or changes to the system, and partner with the team to support implementation of new features and user requirements.
  • Assist sales & marketing teams with CRM reports and data management, building and maintaining outreach lists for up to several dozen sales and inside sales colleagues.
  • Maintain a series of cadenced audits, keeping data clean and providing the ability for reporting to sustain a high level of accuracy regardless of user and/or automation error.
  • Helping with strategic list acquisition across various verticals to enable growth, cleaning records across lists from vendors, events, and other sources and prepping them for upload to our sales database.
  • Partner with and support other elements of sales ops for reporting, data cleansing, de-duplication, data uploads, large batch record edits, and more.
  • Any additional ad-hoc help for colleagues in the marketing team, including potential help with events, software, or other tasks.

Qualifications:
  • Salesforce.com (or equivalent CRM) power-user/admin experience +2 years
  • Demonstrable excel power user skillset, including but not limited to v/x/hlookup, iserror(), isnumber(), textjoin(), and other logic and mathematical functions.
  • Demonstrable excel & CRM familiarity with pivot tables and other similar visual reporting tools to display/reconcile large amounts of data.
  • Strong ability to meet deadlines and handle and prioritize simultaneous requests.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to critically evaluate and prioritize information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts.
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and other integrated systems.
  • College degree or equivalent relevant work experience required.
  • One to two years of experience as a CRM administrator or data specialist preferred.
  • A documented history of successful project completion.
  • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex processes.
  • A strong MS Excel background and skillset.
  • A strong understanding of the Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) platform preferred, with the ability to build new/understand existing reports, assist other users as a delegated administrator, and manage data records with a high degree of focus and accuracy.
  • Highly intelligent and able to quickly pick up and learn new software platforms and applications, as well as a high amount of interest in marketing technology and affinity for sales data.
