Prominent, full service, upscale restaurant (with great reputation) serving lunch and dinner seeks Restaurant Manager who enjoys guest interaction, touching tables and staff training. Wine/ Sommelier exp. a plus. Very successful concept with Italian menu. Culinary operations directed by talented Chefs. Work/Life balance offered (5 day week - 50 hours). $62-65,000+
