The UX/UI Designer at System One Holdings, LLC will develop in-depth understanding of the design system and component library, review designs for alignment with design system standards, research UX best practices and accessibility, conduct audits across sites and designs, prepare proposals for design system governance, facilitate governance meetings, create graphics and documentation in Figma, and build and maintain Figma components. This is a contract position for 6-12 months with the possibility of extension and contract to hire. Remote work is available, with a preference for candidates who can relocate or are local for on-site work in Pittsburgh PA, Cleveland OH, Birmingham AL, Dallas TX, or Phoenix AZ.

- Applications design experience, specifically mobile (native) apps design experience
- Strong experience with Figma, with a focus on component building
- Experience with design tokens
- Ability to build reusable Figma design components
- Must be able to share a portfolio demonstrating design work
