Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma
  • Proven work experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, Restaurant Manager, or similar role
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software preferred (e.g. Aloha, Pulse, Restaurant 365, OpenTable)
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
  • Able to follow directions and delegate duties as needed
  • Good math and reporting skills
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail

Preferred

  • Certification in hospitality

We are looking for a Restaurant Assistant General Manager to ensure all daily activities run smoothly and efficiently. The Assistant GM responsibilities include leading front of house guest services, managing vendors, processing payroll, and supervising/managing restaurant staff performance. To be successful in this role, the Assistant GM should be familiar with restaurant operations, able to minimize operating costs while maintaining high quality, boost team member retention, and be available to work within restaurant hours, including weekends and holidays. Assistant GMs should also have an excellent understanding of what it takes to provide superior customer service and know how to deliver a positive dining experience for Anna's House guests.

The Restaurant Assistant General Manager assists the Restaurant General Manager in the management of the restaurant to brand standards in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures. The Assistant GM manages operations with passion, integrity, and knowledge while promoting the culture and values of Anna's House. The Restaurant AGM also trains and develops team members to meet performance standards and shares responsibility for the achievement of designated guest, profit, sales, and P&L targets.

Requirements

Education

Experience
