  • Comfortable answering incoming telephone calls
  • Routing calls to appropriate individuals within the office
  • Greeting clients and visitors
  • Receiving, collecting, sorting, preparing and distributing mail
  • Courier deliveries
  • Forwarding all incoming faxes
  • Entering data into the firm case management system

Full Job Description

Vernis & Bowling is seeking a motivated full-time receptionist for its Fort Myers office. The ideal candidate is a great communicator with a strong work ethic who is interested in a meaningful role on a supportive team. This is a path to becoming a legal assistant or paralegal!


Our receptionist will be the main point of contact for the firm and the first impression.


Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Business hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
