The Area Supervisor at Department for Persons with Disabilities (DPD) is responsible for providing training, supervision, and structure to consumers to help them achieve Individualized Habitual Program (IHP) goals. Regular Salary: $20.06 per hour Mon-Fri and $21.06 per hour (shifts beginning 11PM Friday to 11PM on Sunday).

Department for Persons with Disabilities (DPD) is one of the largest Catholic Charities Agencies providing care for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the United States. We are looking for dedicated, caring and compassionate people to work in our Group Homes.

What's the role of an Area Supervisor?
  • The primary responsibility of the Area Supervisor is to provide training, supervision and structure to the consumer to enable him/her to achieve IHP goals.
  • The Area Supervisor must follow behavior plans for individuals when indicated.
  • The Area Supervisor will be responsible for his/her area and work together with other Center staff to provide a consistent, productive routine in all areas of the center.
  • The employee will cooperate with the agency's administration and/or Division and DHS staff in any inspection or investigation.

Job Requirements:

Full Time-Shift: 40 hours per week, (Monday - Friday 8:45am - 4:45pm)

All staff must attend a monthly Staff Meeting - date/time to be determined and announced in advance
