- Track production performance and adjust as needed for optimal efficiency.
- Implement and maintain quality control checks and safety standards.
- Look for ways to improve processes and reduce costs.
- Apply Lean manufacturing and 5S practices to boost efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain accurate production reports.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of ERP or SAP systems is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Full-time availability with regular in-person attendance required.
