  • Define KPIs, report, and analyze findings to key internal stakeholders.
  • Manage commissions and reporting.
  • Oversee bookings management.
  • Maintain an accurate and up to date sales forecast.
  • Assist in budget and planning process.
  • Maintain an accurate and up to date renewal forecast.
  • Maintain price book and provide insights on sales results.
  • Train sales team on processes.
  • Ensure process compliance and adherence to discount thresholds.
  • Develop and adopt new tools, processes, or policies to support sales growth.
  • Conduct financial modeling and analysis for sales budget and territory design.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

Required

  • Proven experience creating sales plans, quotas, territories in a growing sales organization.
  • Ability to lead in the continuous performance and improvement of the sales team's objectives and strategy.
  • Desire to identify and solve problems that hinder growth.
  • Effective presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and other sales technology.

  • Financial Industry experience preferably around lending.

Position Overview:

The Director of Sales Operations will manage various functions essential to the sales teams productivity and effectiveness, including incentive compensation program design, quota forecasting, metrics and reporting, sales process improvement, and sales training programs. They will optimize the company's revenue opportunities through strategic business operations.

Essential Functions:
  • Act as "Chief of Staff" to the CRO helping assure day to day operations of the sales teams align to goals.
    • KPI definitions, reporting and analysis
    • Presenting findings to key internal stakeholders
    • Commissions management and reporting
    • Special projects
  • Bookings Management
    • Maintain an accurate and up to date sales forecast and adjust process and modeling according to business needs
    • Assist in budget and planning process
    • Maintain an accurate and up to date renewal forecast and adjust process and modeling according to business needs
    • Maintain price book and provide insights on findings related to sales results
    • Train sales team on processes needed to support related functions
  • Process Compliance
    • Create and adjust current reporting, automations and business processes in Hubspot
    • Provide guidance and adherence to discount thresholds and deal desk reviews for key deals
    • Develop and and adopt new tools, processes or policies to support continued sales growth
  • Financial Modeling and Analysis
    • Quota design related to sales budget
