The MidwayUSA Foundation seeks a passionate and driven Program Manager to help grow our Team Endowment Program in the West region!


In this remote role, you'll be instrumental in encouraging fundraising activities, acquiring new Team Endowment accounts, and providing top-notch support to our current account holders. You’ll engage with local, regional, and national youth shooting events, building strong relationships that advance our mission.


Residing in the region, which consists of the following states, is a must: Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, or New Mexico.


Key Responsibilities Include:
