Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate release activities across various functional areas to ensure successful delivery.
• Serve as the source of truth for delivery on this program, maintaining keen attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise updates.
• Manage documentation, cross-functional team communications, and ensure release and deployment plan hand-offs are completed per SLAs and release schedules.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and maintain a holistic view of the system.
• Focus on deadlines and deliverables, displaying a professional, positive, and approachable demeanor.
• Connect with business leaders and technologists, speaking comfortably with people of all backgrounds and expertise.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Project Coordinator for software delivery projects.
• Proficiency with JIRA: ability to move a ticket through a basic workflow, update ticket status, track tickets, and run simple queries. Experience building dashboards or creating customized Jira filters is a big PLUS!
• Experience with Confluence.
• Background in supporting software releases or working with a release management team.
• Agile experience.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Strong desire and willingness to learn.
• Comfort working in an enterprise, large company environment.
• Self-starter, self-motivated, and driven individual.
• Learning mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
