Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP) preferred.
  • Proven experience in project engineering and management, preferably in hardware and software products.
  • Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with engineering principles, practices, and standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Clickup, JIRA, Devops) and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in successfully managing complex engineering projects, including equipment installation and commissioning in the field.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of IoT, Cloud network, and System design.
  • Embedded product development and coding experience.

This role requires the technical expertise of a hardware / software engineer and the leadership and organizational skills of a project manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing high-tech engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role will require an individual who is willing to roll-up their sleeves and work closely with the customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Coordination:
