  • Utilize the tools, service information, and knowledge needed to return the vehicle to a safe, pre-collision status
  • Static and Dynamic calibrations performed in our facility and off site
  • Perform ECU relearning/programming using OEM applications
  • Must be able to communicate and work through any challenging scenarios on site
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Document all work and reports in real time
  • Delivers completed invoices and payments to office in orderly manor
  • Accountable for assigned inventory (including vehicle, mobile devices, laptops, OE scan tools, other equipment provided)

Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years automotive diagnostic background
  • Knowledge of OEM scan tools a plus
  • Ability to understand repair estimates and service information to execute ADAS calibrations and other services to OE standards
  • ADAS certification a plus but not required, training will be provided
  • Valid driver's license & ability to pass MVR check
  • Customer service
  • Communication skills
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
