Physical Therapist needed for 13 weeks in Irvine, KY \
1+ years exp; KY Lic'd; BLS
mainly outpatient but inpatient at times
- complete evals/treats as needed.
- Patient Population: Pediatric-Geriatric population in outpatient. Inpatient: all adults
- Types of cases:
- Outpatient see a little bit of everything heavy ortho, general weakness/debility, balance deficits, post CVA patients, parkinsons, back pain etc.
- Inpatient all adults no pediatrics typically generalized weakness but some ortho, CVA mixed in.
Education & Requirements: Minimum Education: 4yr Bachelor’s Degree Physical Therapy Graduate of accredited program in Physical Therapy with minimum of Bachelor’s degree. LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS (must be non-expired/active unless otherwise stated): Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Ohio; CPR Holds a current Physical Therapy license from the State of Ohio in good standing Maintains CPR Certification. Graduate of accredited program in Physical Therapy with Doctorate level degree preferred Certification in a specialty area, for example: OCS, SCS, NDT, Lymphedema, Women’s Health, etc. preferred

Years of Experience: 1. 1+ years exp; KY Lic'd; BLS
