Product Designer

Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Product Designer to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the Privacy and AI Team, where you'll play a key role in bringing compliant product experiences to over 1 billion customers globally. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compliance-approved and Fluent-aligned designs, ensuring that global privacy standards are met. In this role you will:

• Design and deliver compliant, Fluent-aligned designs for implementation.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and design teams to meet project goals.
• Systematically manage and prioritize multiple design projects.
• Participate in regular meetings and contribute to team discussions on compliance and privacy.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 8+ years of overall experience in product design
• 2 years of experience with Figma, including component libraries
• Proven experience in end-to-end product design
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing design constraints
