Lead Advisor, LLC is seeking an Executive Assistant to support two practice owners/partners in a wealth management practice located in Greater Chicago. The role involves managing calendars, emails, projects, and marketing tasks, as well as creating positive first impressions for clients and prospects. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver first-class service.

This role is for one of our clients in the Chicago area.
Our client, an award winning, wealth management practice in Greater Chicago is hiring an Executive Assistant (EA) to support the two practice owners/partners. The EA may also support and collaborate with other team members. The EA must be able to work in a fast paced environment, manage multiple priorities and deliver first class service to clients.
Responsibilities: (but are not be limited to):
· Assist practice owners with workflows, communications and follow ups.
· Calendar Management:
o Track and execute calendar items for client meetings, events and other business meetings.
o Serve as a gatekeeper to the calendar
o Scheduling
· Manage Email in a proactive and high attention to detail manner:
o Triage emails for the practice owners.
o Assign emails to other team members.
o Respond promptly and professionally to all other emails.
· Project Management
o Assist practice owners and other team members with various projects such as marketing, client appreciation and ad hoc projects.
o Ensure all logistics are handled for team events, client events and meetings.
· Marketing:
o Assist the practice owners with referral processes and research.
o Create marketing lists.
· Create positive first impressions with clients and prospects by managing the office environment, client communication and ease of doing business.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· 3+ years of professional experience
· Experience in administrative support or customer service, preferably in the financial services
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Familiarity with Microsoft applications and data entry and information retrieval software
