Family Law Paralegal/Legal Assistant

Our growing law firm is looking to hire a Family Law Paralegal/Legal Assistant who is fiercely passionate about representing clients facing one of the most challenging times in their lives.


Duties include:


● Client contact/meetings


● Preparing/filing pleadings and motions


● Scheduling


● Preparing files for depositions/trial


● Preparation of Case Information Statements (CIS)


Qualifications:


● 1- 3 years of some Family Law experience


● Must have the ability to work independently, multitask, and take initiative


● Must be proficient in Word


● Candidates without verifiable NJ family law experience will not be considered for this position


● Microsoft Office: 3 years (Required)


● NJ Family Law: 1 year (Required)
