- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions on payments & transfers for the Family Office and investment accounts
- Assist with personal projects and logistics for the principals
- Coordinate and work with external service providers
- Oversee and maintain office & kitchen supplies, conference room & IT equipment
- Handle mail & incoming deliveries
- Meet and greet guests and sit at the front desk
- Ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications
Required
- 3-5 years experience as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant out of professional services, ideally out of financial services or a family office environment
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Spanish fluency is strongly preferred
- Experience working in a family office or smaller work environment a plus
- Attention to detail and willingness to handle responsibilities regardless of size
- Ability to meet project timelines while also serving as a proactive team player
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Notary Public or willingness to become one
