Role Description

The ideal candidate must live in the state of Texas with ability to train on site in Greenville, TX.

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience, as well as contributing to the overall operational efficiency.
