- Maintains the departments in an "inspection ready" state at all times, assuring the departments operates within federal, state, and local regulations
- Provide and monitor individual guidance and motivation to employees
- Assign equipment to staff; monitor daily equipment use, cleaning and maintenance
- Assist housekeepers as needed
- Ensures that competency in the position is maintained by participating in Orientation, In-Service, and staff development training programs, as required
- Conducts daily QA rounds/inspections to ensure current quality controls and methodologies are suitable and sustainable

You will be responsible for the operation of the department, ensuring it remains within the approved budget, while providing the facility with the maximum outcomes.
