  • Assign equipment to staff; monitor daily equipment use, cleaning and maintenance
  • Assist housekeepers as needed
  • Ensures that competency in the position is maintained by participating in Orientation, In-Service, and staff development training programs, as required
  • Conducts daily QA rounds/inspections to ensure current quality controls and methodologies are suitable and sustainable

Bensonhurst Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare is currently seeking Director of Housekeeping and laundry to join our dynamic team. We are a beautiful skilled nursing facility situated in a great neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY! We are seeking a highly motivated experienced individual to join our team that we call family!

Salary: $60-70k/Yr

Director of Housekeeping and Laundry

The Director of Housekeeping, is responsible for the overall management of the Housekeeping and Laundry Department .You will manage the departments within the established objectives, standards, policies and procedures while executing the job description in accordance with federal, state and local regulations. You will be responsible for the operation of the department, ensuring it remains within the approved budget, while providing the facility with the maximum outcomes.

Director of Housekeeping and Laundry Responsibilities
