Full Job Description

The Assistant Manager will maintain familiarity with pertinent information for all individuals on assigned caseload, assist persons served with goals, assess stages of change and apply interventions, provide daily living skills support, provide supervision in the Manager's absence, oversee the condition of the residences, coordinate persons served somatic and psychiatric needs, provide medication monitoring and review medication supply, assist with new move ins, apply crisis intervention.

The Assistant Manager is an integral position of Arundel Lodge that creates the culture and quality of life that is experienced by the Persons Served of Arundel Lodge. The day-to day job responsibilities of an Assistant Manager include tasks like transportation, assisting with money management, diet coaching, shopping, cleaning, assistance with ADL's, and teaching life skills, BUT the most critical thing that an Assistant Manager does at Arundel Lodge is to assist people in their journey of recovery from mental illness, physical illness, and substance abuse.

Education: Bachelor of Arts degree from an accredited college or university in a human services field with experience as listed or 60 credit hours and experience as listed.

Experience: With BA-One year experience working in the mental health/psychosocial rehabilitation field. With 60 credits - Two years experience working in the mental health/psychosocial rehabilitation field.



Compensation details: 20-20 Hourly Wage
