  • Assist with preparing and tracking proposals as well as marketing and promotional communications

Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years' experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant or other relevant experience
  • Experience related to engineering project management support or construction related communications software
  • Proficiency with MS Office programs and tools
  • Prior experience supporting HR or finance functions
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without restrictions or expirations

DISHER is currently partnering with an architecture and engineering firm that specializes in the food and beverage industry and is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Holland, Michigan. In this role you will support daily operations at their office in downtown Holland, Michigan. You will coordinate and preform office administration duties for the Holland location as well as offices in California, Colorado and Oregon.
