  • Update and maintain property information in the system (reservations, work orders, property pages, etc.).
  • Work closely with the Owner Services Agent to ensure all property care and maintenance tasks are handled efficiently.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of property-related tasks without gaps in communication or execution.
  • Ensure changes to property details are accurately recorded in internal systems.

Full Job Description

Carolina Cabin Rentals is hiring for an opening on our Owner Services team! The Owner Services Coordinator plays a vital support role in the day-to-day operations of managing vacation rental properties for the homeowners in our program. This position focuses on ensuring all repairs, maintenance, and work orders are processed and handled efficiently, keeping operations on track, and supporting the Owner Services Agents with property care-related tasks. The role supports various teams and requires strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail to ensure operational efficiency across the board.

You will collaborate closely with multiple teams, including Quality Control, Guest Services, Hospitality, and the Property Care Maintenance Team, ensuring seamless coordination and communication. The Owner Services Coordinator is responsible for internal coordination and building and maintaining productive working relationships with outside contractors, but is not responsible for direct communication with property owners.

What You Will Not Be Responsible For:

  • Direct communication with property owners, including taking calls, texts, or emails.
  • Managing owner expectations or handling property rates.
  • Frequent property visits-this will mainly be handled by the Owner Services Agent.
