Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 2 years in office management and human resources, preferably in a senior housing environment.
  • 1-2 years as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar HR role.
  • Familiarity with local, state, and federal laws, as well as company-specific policies and procedures.
  • Solid understanding of human resources best practices.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and provide necessary information as required.
  • Proficient in reviewing and scanning large volumes of resumes.
  • Experience with HR tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS); Learning Management System (LMS) experience is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of marketing strategies and social media marketing preferred.
  • Strong independent problem-solving skills with the ability to recognize and address issues promptly.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while responding well to guidance.
  • Skill in motivating and enhancing the performance of others.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new applications.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and stay organized.
