This is a Full-time position for an Administrative Assistant for our PIP Arbitrations Director at our Law Firm. Role is located in our new Paramus, New Jersey.
Responsibilities include:
- Data entry into Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet
- Closing of files
- Entering hearing dates into Microsoft Outlook calendar
- Provide assistance with status reporting
- Additional administrative tasks as necessary

Prior experience:
- PIP arbitration experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation Range:
$45,000-$50,000 USD
