\nThis position is for a 10-week Summer Internship. The Retail Banking & Transformation Intern will support our Branch Operations Process and Strategy Team within Retail Banking and Transformation.

\nThis 2025 Summer Internship is for undergraduate students who have an anticipated graduation date between December 2025 and May 2026.

\nEssential Functions:
\n
\nThe intern will support our Control Monitoring Team who serves as a first line Quality Control and Monitoring function for the Retail Branch Network. The Team is responsible for identifying, remediating, and escalating control breaks by using defect reporting and a detailed process review workflow tool.
\n
\nRequirements:
\n
\nAn undergraduate student with an expected graduation date between December 2025 - Spring 2026
\nMajor in Business or related field
\nA cumulative GPA or 3.0 or above
\nExcellent written and verbal English language skills
\nExperience with Excel and PowerPoint
\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
\nAdaptability to work in a fast-paced market environment
\nSolid professional and personal work ethic
\nAbility to work independently on special projects
\nAbility to work in an environment that supports employees from all backgrounds and fosters an environment of inclusion.

\nWorking Conditions:
\n
\nExtended working hours may be required as dictated by management and business needs.
\nTravel to multiple facilities may be required.
\nMay be required to lift, push, or pull materials weighing up to twenty (20) pounds.
\nMay be required to sit and review information on a computer screen for long periods of time.
\nMay require repetitive motions of the hands and wrist related to writing and typing at an electronic keyboard.

\nWorking Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown. Physically capable of lifting up to fifty pounds, able to bend, kneel, climb ladders.

\nThe base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

\nSalary: $52,000 - $52,000/year
