Responsibilities
- Float to all inpatient units as needed, typically floating to higher acuity units
- Provide care for a 36-bed Med Surg Intermediate Care unit with heavy telemetry
- Manage stable, weaning vents/trachs, sepsis, trauma alcohol detox, GI bleed, colostomy/ileostomy, chest tubes, TBI, ortho trauma, spinal cord injury, and stroke
- Administer primary patients/insulin drips
Qualifications
Required
- WI license
- Minimum 2+ years experience in stepdown/intermediate/PCU
- Ventilator/Trach experience
- At least 1 prior travel experience
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
Preferred
- ICU experience
- Trauma Level II experience
- Epic Charting experience
