- Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 8 or 9 years directly relevant work experience
Preferred
- Experience with UKG Pro strongly preferred
- Previous UKG systems experience

- You will need to balance active delivery and future planning to keep pace with the overlapping waves of work.
- You will be responsible for defining value, risks, and impacts for programs and leaders, and showcasing your work in presentations and demos with engineering partners.
- Experience in product management in an agile environment working directly with squads.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to navigate different audiences and stakeholders.
- Experience with agile tools, such as Jira.
- Time management systems, such as UKG (a plus) and experience managing SaaS tools.
- Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 8 or 9 years directly relevant work experience Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 6 yrs; Masters + 7 yrs; Associates degree + 9 yrs; High School + 10 yrs.
- Looking for skilled product manager with experience in time systems.
- Must have worked with large company with interactions directly with squads.
- Experience with UKG Pro strongly preferred. Previous UKG systems experience also a plus.
