Fleet Collision Services is a family-owned, independent commercial vehicle collision repair shop located in Greeley Colorado. We are in the business of restoring not only vehicles, but also peace of mind after unsettling collision events. Our dedicated technicians work to efficiently return fleet trucks and vans, box trucks, semi-trucks, and municipal/construction vehicles to their original operating condition. These vehicles are critical to the livelihood of our customers and every minute of downtime means lost money.

Position Summary

The Auto Body Technician is responsible for overseeing repairs from start to finish, including vehicle teardown, parts supplements, repairing or replacing damaged parts, and reassembly. The Auto Body Technician may also assist with estimates and customer communication. We are looking for a motivated individual who is eager to learn and take on more responsibility as our business grows.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Reviewing shop worksheets and estimates

  • Vehicle teardown and parts supplements

  • Repairing/replacing damaged parts

  • Effectively communicating with other technicians and office team to complete tasks

  • Routine shop organization, cleaning, and upkeep

  • Assist with estimates and customer interaction

  • Must feel comfortable working as a team and independently to complete jobs

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • 3+ years of collision repair experience

  • General knowledge of fleet vehicle parts

  • Ability to work with multiple parties to complete a job
