  • Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for opportunities to improve productivity.
  • Business acumen to quickly understand new processes and operations.
  • Ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel (formulas, macros, data mining).
  • Experience with SmartSheets or Airtable.
  • Data visualization skills (e.g., Tableau).
  • Proficient in SQL for data analysis.

Are you passionate about data analysis and process improvement? We’re looking for a dedicated Operations Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving transformational initiatives. In this position, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to our strategic goals.
