Schedule: Monday to Friday, either 8:30 - 4:30 or 9 - 5pm (dependent on program's needs)

Position Summary:

  • We would like the person to have facilitation experience as they will be facilitating orientation for all newly referred HRA mandated clients and supporting in the workshops for enrolled clients
  • Greeting clients upon arrival, signing them onto roster and verifying they are a referred client
  • Printing referral letters and creating internal referral for those clients who do not have any letters
  • This person will be assisting us with writing resumes for clients, outreaching clients who are newly referred or disengage in services
  • Daily Data entry such as case noting for all client services
  • Creating folders and labels for enrolled clients
