Maintenance Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the proper functioning of machinery and mechanical equipment in our facility. Duties
- Conduct routine maintenance procedures on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service

-Set up and maintain workstations as needed.
- Fabricate, weld, and assemble parts as needed
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities
- Supervise and coordinate contractors when necessary

Qualifications
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer service-oriented with good interpersonal skills
- Experience in facilities maintenance is a plus
- Leadership skills for supervising maintenance staff

Requirements

-Previous commercial maintenance experience; minimum 2 years

-Previous experience in general handyman work; electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc

-Previous experience working with pneumatic equipment

-Ability to operate hand and power tools proficiently and safely

-Fluent English

-Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted

-Must have own basic tools

-Must be able to work unsupervised to complete tasks

-Welding experience is beneficial, but not required
