SynergenX and Low T Centers are seeking a part time Telemedicine Provider to treat patients remotely in the New Jersey area focused specifically on Weight loss consultations and solutions. Must be currently licensed as an NP or PA in New Jersey!

SynergenX and Low T Center are health clinics dedicated to improving mens' and womens' health and quality of life through hormone replacement therapy for Men and Women and weight management programs. We are currently seeking a certified Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to serve as a mid-level provider to deliver quality care specifically for our new Weight loss program! Our mission is to deliver personalized, convenient, and effective weight management solutions to our patients through advanced telehealth platforms.

Due to the nature of the expansion of SynergenX and Low T Center, there is potential for professional growth for the right candidate. This is a very unique opportunity for a PA or NP to be part of the foundation and bright future of this company.

Conduct virtual consultations and follow-up appointments with patients seeking weight loss services.

Develop personalized weight loss plans based on individual patient needs, medical history, and lifestyle.

Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide ongoing support and education.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.

Collaborate with Supervising MD.

Requirements:

  • Position is Part time up to 20 hours per week

Active DEA is preferred, but not required.

Choice of Schedule options:

1. Monday & Tuesday 8a-5p, Wednesday 8a-12pm

2. Wednesday 1p-5p, then 8a-5p Thursday & Friday

Training:

Training is provided for 2 days. Training is done fully remote and paid at the hourly rate. The Equipment is provided to you as well.
