  • Enter and update customer data and order information in the system.
  • Collaborate with Operational Dept./internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and address any customer issues.
  • Provide product information and support related to plating services and processes.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Assist in identifying trends in customer inquiries to improve service delivery.
  • Participate in training to stay updated on products, services, and best practices.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a manufacturing or plating environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Visual, SAP, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of plating processes and terminology is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Position is full time onsite, M-F 7/7:30am-3:30pm, Temp to Hire with a pay range of $22.00-$25/hr. D.O.E. Interviews are in person and looking to hire IMMEDIATELY!
