We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager for our client that will provide full support to the Field Management team in all aspects of a project. The focus will be on project organization, maintaining logs, procurement of submittals for equipment and materials, and ensuring the project stays on budget and on schedule until completion.   • Review plans, specs, and contracts for any possible issues, and perform occasional site visits
  • Create and manage submittal/delivery logs for distribution and track the submittal process

Qualifications

Required

  • 2-5 years of experience as an assistant project manager or similar role
  • Relevant education will also be considered
  • Strong leadership and initiative
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and documentation abilities
  • Solid understanding of project management processes and construction industry standards
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
