The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. Full-time and Part-time hours are available.

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

Qualifications

Required

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred but willing to train the right candidate

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Knowledge of office equipment such as printers and fax machines is a plus
