Wetlands Incorporated is looking for CDL Drivers to join their team. A CDL Driver’s primary responsibility is transporting trailers, trucks, materials, and equipment to and from job sites. The driver must be able to use a skid steer and strap loads onto the trailer. They must be able to take directions, strictly follow safety procedures, and be a go-getter willing to get a job done. We use top-of-the-line equipment and have leaders who are the best at what they do.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport trailers, trucks, materials, and equipment to and from job sites.
  • Ensure that all loads are securely strapped onto the trucks and trailers.
  • Load and unload materials weighing 50 pounds or more for various needs.
  • Operate Skid Steers, Dingos, and other equipment to transport or move material.
  • Follow all directions and adhere to all safety procedures.
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude and complete tasks and projects efficiently and effectively.

Key Duties:

  • Drive and operate company vehicles responsibly.
  • Load and unload heavy equipment and planting materials from trucks.
  • Perform physical work as needed.
  • Organize and maintain the yard, garage, and other storage locations.
  • Keep trucks, garages, and other storage areas clean and orderly.
  • Clean and water planting materials at the facility as needed.
  • Perform snow removal and weed removal tasks as needed.
  • Carry out miscellaneous projects as assigned.

Work Hours:

  • Work hours will vary from day to day.
