- Coordinating the services of all operational departments and outside vendors to ensure successful events
- Anticipating business levels and ensuring adequate products and equipment are ordered
Qualifications
Required
- At least 3 years in hotel, country club, or venue management experience
- Experience as a server, bartender, or similar industry experience
- Previous experience with scheduling is a plus
- Understanding of cost controls and some budgetary knowledge
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and high service standard
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Proficient reading, writing, math and computer skills
- Ability to taste and evaluate food and beverage products
- Flexibility with schedule to work different shifts including nights, weekends, holidays
