Customer Service Representative I

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring fast and accurate order processing while building lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via phone and email to coordinate the return of recalled devices.
• Create and manage Return Authorizations (RAs) in Excel using filters and data entry.
• Issue credits and update customer records in SAP (training will be provided).
• Maintain accurate reports and records related to the recall program.
• Ensure timely and professional customer service, handling customer inquiries efficiently.

Requirements:

• Customer service experience preferred, particularly with managing customer databases or device returns.
• Microsoft Excel experience (proficient with filters and data entry).
• Experience with SAP is a plus (training provided).
