Role Overview: We are looking for a talented individual to be our Client Success Team Manager. In this role you will own the flow of new clients through our structured onboarding process. You will be managing and leading a series of working group meetings that we use to bring each client aboard and move them to precision construction accounting. These meetings will include the client, their key personnel, and the other Apparatus personnel assigned to the actual precision accounting work we’ll be doing for the client. The way we look at it, bringing aboard a new client is an exercise very much like fixing a complex airplane in flight. You’ll be the leader and head strategist of this process from our client’s first day until they are completely stabilized, at which point the onboarding process is complete and the Apparatus team assigned to the client takes over the relationship fully. You’ll navigate every client through the most complicated part of their new relationship with Apparatus.
You’ll be supported by an Apparatus-paid Virtual Assistant who will report to you and who will handle the administrative details of meeting coordination across all participants.
This is a client-facing, “front stage”, full time, work from home assignment.
