Facilities Supervisor

Amotec is actively seeking a hands-on Facilities Supervisor for a leading manufacturing facility located outside of Reading, PA. Our client is poised for substantial growth with opportunities for advancement within this industry leader.

The Facilities Supervisor will be accountable for ensuring all equipment and facilities are operating efficiently, managing contractors and coordinating projects. Additional Responsibilities:

• Ensure maintenance, repair, and housekeeping of the facilities and equipment
• Develop SOPs as related to facilities, document facility performance, projects & trainings
• Maintain operational budget and participate in cost savings initiatives
• Lead contractors and manage projects to achieve efficiency targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• 8+ years of progressive industrial manufacturing
• Experience using ERP systems
• Must be mechanically & electrically inclined
• Ability to lead & develop programs, implement policies and hold contractors accountable
