  • Ensure employees maintain positive relationships within the team.
  • Serve as a role model for employees through teamwork support and attention to detail.
  • Prioritize and organize work assignments.
  • Delegate daily tasks and hold the team accountable for those tasks.
  • Work effectively with limited supervision.

Qualifications

Required

  • 2 year minimum restaurant management or ownership experience.
  • Must be dressed neatly and well-groomed in company approved attire at all times.
  • Must be able to identify opportunities and provide clear direction by leading your team.
  • Serve Safe certified or the ability to get certified
  • Have a valid liquor license or the ability to attain one

Summary of Responsibilities:
