Responsibilities

• Repairs and maintains plant machinery and equipment
• Repairs or replaces devices such as switches, sensors, pushbuttons, contactors, motor starters, bearings, motors, gear box, etc., as needed
• Performs work order repairs, inspections, and adjustments on all production and facilities equipment
• Perform routine maintenance on critical building systems such as HVAC, compressed air, plumbing, fire suppression, dock equipment, etc.
• Paint or repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, or other parts of building structures
• Operate heavy machinery to include scissor lift, boom lift, and forklift
• Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills and wrenches to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices
• Replacing light bulbs, wall sockets, machine power drops and switch covers as needed in conjunction with facilities maintenance
• Experience running electrical conduit
