Our client, a social media photo sharing platform, is seeking a Finance Analyst for a remote position.   • Conduct monthly OPEX & HC reviews with the Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Financial Officer, as well as budgetary reviews with heads of departments.
  • Serve as the main Finance point of contact for the Global Sales organization, coordinating with direct reports and the Manager, Central Sales Finance across various levels of business partnership.
  • Review, assess, and change processes to support the growing business.
  • Create scalable financial models from scratch in both Excel & Google sheets and formulate a story for key stakeholders and finance leaders.
  • Communicate key takeaways to a senior audience.

Qualifications

Required

  • 3-5 years prior experience in financial analysis and overall financial planning principles.
  • Experience within a dynamic environment such as Investment Banking / Consulting, FP&A, Accounting or other finance related fields.
  • Prior experience in OPEX & HC budget management and financial planning is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated comfort in autonomously turning financial data into insights & presenting insights to a senior audience.
  • Financial modeling expert - comfort in creating scalable financial models from scratch in both Excel & Google sheets.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to dive into the weeds as well as analyze the big picture.
  • Ability to autonomously manage an end-to-end process and hold self, team and XFN stakeholders accountable.

Our client, a social media photo sharing platform, is seeking a Finance Analyst on a remote basis.

CONTRACT W2

Pay Range: $50.00 - $54.00 per hour DOE

FULLY REMOTE

DUTIES:

  • [70%] Central OPEX & HC: Manage and review the end-to-end Operating Expenses (OPEX) & Headcount (HC) planning and forecasting deliverables for the broader Global Sales Organization (Direct Sales, Indirect Sales, Global Sales Solutions). Some of the elements in this workstream include: (i) Monthly OPEX & HC reviews with the Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Financial Officer, as well as budgetary reviews with heads of departments + directs (ii) Annual planning finance strategy for OPEX + HC
  • [20%] Business Partnering: Be the main Finance point of contact for the Global Sales organization, which includes multiple Execs/Senior Leadership within their respective organizations. This role will need to coordinate with their direct reports, as well as the Manager, Central Sales Finance, across the various levels of business partnership to ensure there is appropriate and consistent engagement/coverage for the Exec Team level leaders as well as their key direct reports.
  • [10%] Innovation + Process Improvements/Streamlining: This role will have the opportunity to review, assess, and change processes that need to be made to support the growing business. A desire to update and automate processes is a plus for someone who doesn’t accept what was done in the past is the correct way.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years prior experience in an area with exposure to financial analysis and overall financial planning principles.
  • Experience within a dynamic environment such as Investment Banking / Consulting, FP&A, Accounting or other finance related fields.
  • Prior experience in OPEX & HC budget management and financial planning is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated comfort in autonomously turning financial data into insights & presenting insights to a senior audience
